Over the past decade, I have taken up the hobby of collecting pocket watches. Within the past year, I have realized that it was just too expensive a past-time, so I stopped.
Even though I haven't bought one in awhile, I still admire the beauty of them. The one in the picture was never within my ability to purchase; not even in my imagination. Frankly, I am glad I gave up this hobby, because it was too alluring, too consuming.

15 Don’t love the world or the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the Father’s love isn’t in him. 16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, isn’t the Father’s, but is the world’s. 17 The world is passing away with its lusts, but he who does God’s will remains forever.
It is all too easy to go from something you like, to something you really like and then something you just have to have (no matter what).
Beware Satan, he can use anything to lure you down a wrong path!!!
