Sometimes being born again is a very difficult, and long term pregnancy. Although, some come to God after hearing the gospel just once, many others take a long time to fully comprehend the Word, and be converted. Let us never abort our mission to teach anyone, no matter how challenging, and long it takes. As long there is life, there is still hope.
