Brett
Michael Kavanaugh (/ˈkævənɔː/;
born February 12, 1965) is an American attorney and jurist who serves
as a United
States Circuit Judge of
the United
States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
Kavanaugh
graduated from Yale College cum laude, with a degree in American
history, where he was a member of the fraternity Delta
Kappa Epsilon.
After graduating from Yale Law School, Kavanaugh began his career as
a law clerk and then a postgraduate fellow working under Judge Ken
Starr.
After Starr left the D.C. Circuit to take the position as head of the
Office of Independent Counsel, Kavanaugh followed him to the OIC and
assisted Starr with his various investigations concerning President
Bill Clinton. Kavanaugh played a lead role in drafting the Starr
Report,
which urged the impeachment of
President Bill
Clinton.
After the 2000
U.S. presidential election (in
which Kavanaugh worked for the George W. Bush campaign in the Florida
recount),
Kavanaugh joined the administration as White
House Staff Secretary and
was a central figure in its efforts to identify and confirm judicial
nominees.[2]
Kavanaugh
was first nominated to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit
by President Bush in 2003. His confirmation hearings were
contentious; they stalled for three years over charges of
partisanship. Kavanaugh was ultimately confirmed to the D.C. Circuit
in May 2006 after a series of negotiations between Democratic and
Republican U.S. Senators.[3][4][5] An
analysis covering the period 2003–2018 found that Kavanaugh had the
most or second-most conservative voting record on the D.C. Court in
every policy area.[6]
On
July 9, 2018, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of
Associate Justice Anthony
Kennedy,
President Donald
Trump nominated Kavanaugh
to serve as an Associate Justice of the Supreme
Court of the United States.
During the confirmation process, Christine
Blasey Ford came
forward and, through interviews to the press and statements by her
attorney, alleged that in the early 1980s Kavanaugh had attempted to
rape her.[7][8][9] Kavanaugh
"categorically and unequivocally" denied that the event
occurred.[10][11] On
September 23, 2018, another woman alleged sexual misconduct by
Kavanaugh;[12] Kavanaugh
denied this allegation as well.[13]
According
to polling, Kavanaugh has the lowest measured approval rating of any
Supreme Court nominee in the modern era.
If
you have been watching the news lately, you will undoubtedly heard
about all the allegations about Donald Trump’s supreme court
nominee, Brett Kavanaugh.
My
opinion about this is: This is a Democratic play for power and
they will do whatever they can, anyway they can to hurt him, his
family and his appointment to the supreme court of the land. This
opinion is based on the FACT that Chuck Schumer has stated this
publically from the floor of the Senate!!! These tactics are
Satanic and emanate from his spirit of evil. From Satan deceiving Eve
(Genesis 1 & 2), to his battle with God over Job (Job 1 & 2)
and finally the evil one’s direct confrontation with Jesus, it is
plain his tactics are the same as Adolph Hitler’s toward the latter
part of World War II- TOTAL WAR!!!
Satan
begins with doubt, attempts to cause distrust and if that doesn’t
work, will resort to physical and emotional harm. In all this, he
will do what he does best- LIE!
Now,
Adam and Eve were deceived and eventually were ejected from the
Garden of Eden, Job suffered in all sorts of ways, but his pride came
shining through and he eventually repented of this (Job 42). Last,
there was Jesus, He and He alone stands against Satan without sin.
And
here is how he did it...
Matthew
4 (World English
Bible)
1 Then
Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by
the devil. 2 When
he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was hungry
afterward. 3 The
tempter came and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, command
that these stones become bread.”
4 But he answered, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.’”
5 Then the devil took him into the holy city. He set him on the pinnacle of the temple, 6 and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, throw yourself down, for it is written, ‘He will put his angels in charge of you.’ and,
‘On their hands they will bear you up,
so that you don’t dash your foot against a stone.’”
7 Jesus said to him, “Again, it is written, ‘You shall not test the Lord, your God.’”
8 Again, the devil took him to an exceedingly high mountain, and showed him all the kingdoms of the world, and their glory. 9 He said to him, “I will give you all of these things, if you will fall down and worship me.”
10 Then Jesus said to him, “Get behind me, Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and you shall serve him only.’”
11 Then the devil left him, and behold, angels came and served him.

Jesus
used the World of God to combat evil. As simple as that! Yet, more
than that, he trusted in spite of hardship, he listened to God rather
than the tricks of evil and most of all- He loved his father, God!!!
I
have never met Brett Kavanaugh and he may in fact be guilty of
mistreatment of women (or worse), but reason tells me that his record
in the judiciary and six FBI investigations indicate that he must be
a good man. And then there is the question: Why would 64 women who
knew him testify that he was not the sort of man who treated women
with disrespect?
Politics
can be very evil and a good man will fight fairly regardless. I will
pray for Brett Kavanaugh, his family and his future, regardless of
the outcome of this pathetic theater of hearings. Most of all, I will
pray for a political system that could sink so morally low!!!
