What sin cannot be forgiven? That would be unrepented sins.
Is it lawful for a believer in Jesus to be pro-choice when it comes to lying about the terms for pardon? Yes. Is it a sin to claim that immersion in water is not essential to have sins forgiven? Yes. Is it lawful for believers in Jesus Christ to be pro-choice concerning fornication, idolatry, adultery, homosexuality, and sodomy? Yes. Is it a sin to commits those things? Yes. Most sinful practises are legal in the United States of America. Christian are within their legal right to be pro-choice on most sins. All sin is illegal according to God's doctrine.
