16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
God loves us and HE is so far above us that it is beyond comparison. Like the cat, we accept this love, but unlike this cat, we have more choice than just our animal instincts. WE can choose by the force of our intellect as well as our inborn response system. Its nice to have a choice; its even nicer that Jesus made the one that showed us true love in the first place!!! What we do with that choice is everything, isn't it?
