"Blue Marble" 2017
What a wonderful time to be alive; just think of all the technological advancements that humanity has made over just the last 100 years! Then, consider what our species just might accomplish over the next 100 or so time period! Even now, we can communicate from one side of the globe to another via a land-line, cell phone, video conferencing, fax, orbital satellite. We even have 3-D printers that can put ideas into reality, right before our eyes. And I can only guess what advances will be made in computers??
For all our prowess, we fall abysmally short of the power of our creator, for just consider the opening verse of the Bible for a moment...
Genesis, Chapter 1 (World English Bible)
1 In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.
In one verse, ALL CREATION is explained. Just fact, without bragging. What POWER, what character, what He must really be like!!! We will find out, someday. I pray that everyone will seek him and find him before their lives on Earth are ended!!
Truly, there aren't enough words in any human being's vocabulary to fully address the totality of God as revealed in the Bible, but for the sake of brevity, lets use just one- JESUS!!!
