This sunrise (but wait, perhaps it is a sunset???) is awesome, but that is NOT what I want to occupy your attention. Notice the location; a very desolate, inhospitable place indeed. And yet, life is there and undoubtedly flourishing. The things we experience in Life are quite often surprising, and if this is true, then what about those things beyond our perception? Hab 1:5 "Look among the nations! Observe! Be astonished! Wonder! Because I am doing something in your days-- You would not believe if you were told.
God does indeed work in mysterious ways and often-times in ways beyond our understanding. So, the next time you see something beautiful like this picture, think on these things and realize that you and I are NOT the center of the world- God is!!!!
