I chose to copy the World English Bible verse that is used in the picture because LORD is a title, Yahweh is HIS memorial name. For some, LORD is ok to use, but I think Yahweh is more appropriate because it is more exact and more personal. For me, fear, service and adherence to HIM is a very personal matter and should be as accurate as possible.
Therefore, the verse reads...
Deuteronomy, Chapter 10 (WEB)
20 You shall fear Yahweh your God; you shall serve him; and you shall cling to him, and you shall swear by his name.
Don't let anything, and I do mean ANYTHING keep you from being close to GOD!!! And as far as that swear(ing) part goes, Jesus said:
Matthew, Chapter 5 (WEB)
33 “Again you have heard that it was said to them of old time, ‘You shall not make false vows, but shall perform to the Lord your vows,’ 34 but I tell you, don’t swear at all: neither by heaven, for it is the throne of God; 35 nor by the earth, for it is the footstool of his feet; nor by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great King. 36 Neither shall you swear by your head, for you can’t make one hair white or black. 37 But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes’ and your ‘No’ be ‘No.’ Whatever is more than these is of the evil one.
"Yes" or "No", its just that simple. The Old Testament is fulfilled and clarified in the New- again, its just that simple!!!
And the reward for Deuteronomy 10:20: being with The God you love for ever in heaven.
Now, that's a thought to hold fast to (or cling to, or hold fast to, or even stick to). As Paul put it...
Romans, Chapter 8 (WEB)
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Could oppression, or anguish, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 Even as it is written, “For your sake we are killed all day long. We were accounted as sheep for the slaughter.” 37 No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, 39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
