Several days ago, my wife, Linda, showed me this picture and we laughed at it. Why? because our last name is ROSE, that’s why.
Now, Life is short and we should take every opportunity to enjoy it ( otherwise known as smelling the ROSES ). Cheryl’s husband is obviously doing that, because, look at that tail wag! As far as the “ROSES” go, I am almost afraid to ask who is who, because the one who is probably the wife has a “less than flattering” appearance. Wait, forget that I said that… could be dangerous.
From this picture, I am reminded of two passages from the Bible…
John 1 ( World English Bible )
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made through him. Without him was not anything made that has been made.
4 In him was life, and the life was the light of men.
5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness hasn’t overcome it.

24 God said, “Let the earth produce living creatures after their kind, livestock, creeping things, and animals of the earth after their kind;” and it was so.
25 God made the animals of the earth after their kind, and the livestock after their kind, and everything that creeps on the ground after its kind. God saw that it was good.
26 God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the sky, and over the livestock, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”
27 God created man in his own image. In God’s image he created him; male and female he created them.

God made everything and it was VERY GOOD. It was true at the beginning and is to this day. This includes dogs; and sometimes I think that they are the among the very best of his work.
That’s all- except, that I hope you get a chuckle out of the picture ( at my expense of course ). And, if you don’t own a dog, get one – you will be glad you did!
